Take the stress out of scheduling
Many people experience planning as a stressful and time-consuming task. Traditional planners and to-do apps can feel overwhelming, often presenting long lists without clear priorities or flexibility. The challenge with PACE was to develop a concept that makes planning not only more efficient but also more accessible and intuitive. By intelligently integrating AI, the system could offer personalized planning suggestions based on the user’s calendar and preferences, eliminating the need for manual input of every detail. Additionally, the interface had to remain attractive and straightforward, ensuring that planning would not become an extra mental burden.
